A quick pace-based gut-check for whether a job is trending toward its target completion date.
It assumes your planned task lengths are realistic and that today’s pace continues. It doesn’t account for crew changes, deliveries, weather, or inspections.
Switch between active jobs or add a new one. Each job keeps its own tasks, dates, and daily log.
One line per task. Indent, or start with -/*/• for a sub-task (1. / 2) numbering is fine). Dates are optional and flexible:
